C) The simultaneous acquisition and putting into operation of a greater number of lorries that allow in addition to the on-site sale of the materials produced also the possibility of distribution and delivery of the material produced directly at various yards; this would guarantee a higher expected revenue and the possibility of further revenues through the hiring of trucks to third parties for the transport of materials of various kinds.
D) Purchase of existing Rihad with fenced land and planted to olive trees in front of the road which, with modest renovation works, is ready in a short time and therefore immediately productive complex;

E) Purchase of two land in the city of Safi, intended respectively the first to future residences/hotel complex and the second to commercial spaces and residences a few kilometers from the city center at a price defined with current owners, surface total of about 10 ha;
Subsequently, in special tables, the costs related to the acquisition of land will be listed in detail; the costs related to the design and obtaining of the necessary concessions; the construction costs for the works of urbanization and for the construction of the works provided as well as the various ancillary charges for management and development of the various projects provided in this business plan. Comparatively it will be elaborated in a special synthetic business plan table with costs and revenues planned for the various projects.
The total investment, including all costs related to all phases of the project (company constitution; cost of returning interest-bearing loans received and contracted and used to pay credit lines and corporate shares of Lazar equity Capital Acquisition of land and concessions; various charges for subsequent management of activities; ll other miscellaneous charges were estimated at about € 13.200.000,00 excluding VAT.
